GTW Mediterranean Congress GATHER THE WOMEN: TO CREATE A WORLD BEYOND VIOLENCE September 14 – 17, 2006 Meridian Beach Hotel Haifa, Israel

• The GTW Mediterranean Congress will be held from September 14 to 17, 2006, in Haifa, Israel, at the beautiful Meridian Beach Hotel.

• It will include Panels, Workshops, and Discussion groups, Circles, Poetry, Women Stories, Art and Festivities of Global Women, from all religions, including women from the Mediterranean countries, and Palestinian, Bedouin, and Druze women and organizations.

• GTW participants are also invited to participate in the 6th IFLAC PAVE PEACE CONGRESS that will take place from September 17 - 21. The IFLAC 6th Congress will culminate with the celebration of various Peace Festivities to celebrate the UN International Peace Day. All are welcome to both Congresses.

REGISTRATION FEES:

• U.S. $799 for Registration per person before April 30 , 2006
  (Includes 4 nights of hotel lodging - Double Occupancy)

• U.S. $849 for Registration per person AFTER April 30 , 2006

For accommodation on Single occupancy a supplement of U.S. $225 has to be added.

The registration fee includes participation in all the lectures, roundtables and workshops and IFLAC membership for 2006.

Your DOUBLE occupancy registration fee includes:

• open buffet rich Israeli breakfasts
• Hotel lodging for four (4) nights in double room (for accommodation in Single occupancy an addition of $225)
• Meet and assist at Tel Aviv International Airport
• Transfer from the Airport to the hotel on the day of arrival and
• Transfer back to the Airport on the day of departure.
