Inspiration and Collective Strength
A statewide call to gather was issued in Idaho for May 2007. The call: "Women already passionately engaged in a cause or organization close to their heart need not feel their loyalties are divided when they add their voices to this gathering of women. Remain engaged in what you love, work at that cause. Come to Gather The Women and make another connection in your heart with women who are also working on projects they love. The idea is to gather, to share our stories, to gain strength. If women really understood their strength, their power, what difference would it make in the world? If the minds, bodies and souls of women could be mobilized to work together, what would happen?" [Julie Raymond]
