Hello, my name is Sabine. I am 55 years old and live in the beautiful country of Austria. My life is wholeheartedly dedicated to sisterhood.

I am self-employed and run my own small studio, the "Yogastadl." It has become a sanctuary that is not only home to yoga but, more importantly, to my work with women. I host women's circles, offer yoga specifically for women, and organize retreats designed to foster connection and growth.

My work is deeply interwoven with shamanic practices and the wisdom of medicinal herbs. I feel a deep calling to share the ancient rituals that my grandmothers passed down to me. I have a profound love for Mother Earth, all her treasures, and her wisdom. This connection inspires my crafts: I weave baskets from grass, build drums by hand, and passionately distill essential oils from my own herb garden.

My greatest passion, however, is bringing women together in circles. This circle work is the heart of what I do. It provides a sacred space where we can remove our masks, be our authentic selves, and genuinely support one another. My mission is to create a community where we uplift and empower each other on our journeys. Every 2 months I am offering a German-speaking GTW Women Circle, all Details on my website.
